Re: New to the Forum
Hi Everyone.
I have been shrubbing on Seti since 2002 and joined The Knights Who Say NI! in 2007.
Recently returned to donating my spare computer cycles after a long break and found RNA. Seems like there are quite a few interesting projects being carried out here.
Thanks YoYo for advising me that I needed to register separately from the RNA portal for the message boards. You may remember Spuzzana asking questions

I am also new here. I will be crunching for your team for a few days only and later from time to time as I have friends here.

Re: New to the Forum
Well it has been awhile since anyone has found and navigated to this point on this sub-forum and was still signed on to say ...
Hi I am new here on this Project... I am working all the sub-projects and enjoying it. I am an old technology tech recently retired after 48 years with one company and now spend my time volunteering for my American Legion Post.
A big Texas hello to ALL.

Re: New to the Forum
Hello everybody
I mainly crunch data for SETI@home (since 1999) and WCG , but I'm here because I wanted to find other great dc projects (many of yoyo@home subprojects are quite promising!) that could make use of some of my unused devices' cycles - especially during downtimes
or when project managers/scientists neglect their babies for too long
...
Who knows, long downtimes are bound to happen, and eventually more of my devices just might come to contribute full time to yoyo@home
!
An additional and obvious benefit of being here is that it just might be an opportunity to learn German ! Cheers !

Welcome to our forums!
There are indeed quite a lot of projects which you can run on your machines. Which fields are you interested in? You can specialize, or you can run about everything there is.
