Gestern erreichte mich folgende eMail vom Majestic-12 Betreiber:

Hi,

You are receiving this one off message because you took part in Majestic 12
Distributed Search Project and earned entitlement to a share of profits that
were allocated in December 2010.

You have 3 options:

1) ignore this email and forfeit your share of money
2) provide your payment details (Paypal only supported) to get your share
3) provide only your project details and choose your share to be given away
to charity instead

Für die, die kein PayPal Konto haben und wie ich auch keines erstellen wollen ist eine Auszahlung leider nicht möglich. Ihr könntet ja mal überlegen, ob ihr den Betrag als Spende auf das Rechenkraft.net oder RNA World oder Yoyo@home PayPal Konto überweisen lassen möchtet, sodass es wieder Distributed Computing zu Gute kommt.

Es sei noch explizit darauf hingewiesen, dass diese Auszahlung nur die Leute betrifft, die im vergangenen Jahr (2010) mindestens 90 Tage und (nicht oder!) 20GB gecrawled haben. Die Auszahlung für dieses Jahr wird dann im nächsten Jahr folgen.

ich wollte mal fragen ob jemand schon Geld bekommen hat und wie viel. Ich lasse zwar mj12 erst seit 3 Monaten laufen, aber dafür 24/7. Also müsste ich wohl Ende 2012 Geld für 2011 bekommen. Sicher wird das nie und nimmer reichen um den Strom nur ansatzweise bezahlen zu können aber auch ein kleiner Betrag wäre schön.

Ich habe 51 Euro bekommen War vor 2 Monaten ca.
Wieviel es für 2011 gibt hängt von den Einnahmen ab. Aber es gibt wohl doch einiges mehr, aber mal abwarten!
